You’ll get twice as much done when you have a great combination of useful online marketing tools for 2017 interactions. If you have a business online or even offline – but with an online presence – you know that having good tools to help you manage and create images and graphics is important to attract the right customers to your products and services. Here are a few of my favorites. Maybe they will be useful to you as well too.
Used with: Instagram
New Updates: Can now schedule posts to Facebook and Twitter using this tool as well.
What it Does: It allows me to schedule Instagram posts ahead of time, sending me notifications to post and copying my writing with hashtags so posting is super easy and efficient. No auto posting on Instagram, but this is a great workaround.
Why I like it: Login with your Instagram information. Super easy to figure out – you’ll be using it in under 10 minutes. Helps with picking my hashtags as well. See Later.com
Used with: Video Creation for Facebook, Twitter (not Instagram yet….not square)
New Updates: Added new music – great selections, good stock images to assist.
What it Does: Makes Videos in practically 20 minutes. Even if you are a newbie to this format – try it!
Why I like it: It makes me look why more professional with video. My handheld shots are ok, but people like a more slick presentation. This is it.
Used with: Twitter
New Updates: Nothing new for 2017, yet everyone filled out a survey at the end of 2016 so new things may be coming.
What it Does: Let’s say I am on a website with a great story or great business information and a very engaging photo. I want to Tweet this on my feed – So I use the Twitshot extension and it lets me pick the photo I will Tweet with the share.
Why I like it: It pulls the actual image. More engagements with photos. Just hitting a Tweeter icon on a post gives just a link back to the article. That was so 2014. Make sure you pull the image. This tool makes it easy.
Instructions from Twitshot:
(4) Join Like Minded Groups on Facebook
Just by hanging out with people in your industry, or people that are the users of your products gives you a wide audience to engage with and talk about industry advances, shows your expertise and more. Most groups have a “Promotion Day” where you can link to your services or products. Write down when this is and always link to your special content. Making sure you engage with others is super important. Useful online marketing tools 2017 can be found in these groups as well with like-minded social media professionals. Every once in a while someone let’s you in on their “gem” and it helps your promotions. Just don’t spam your links in groups….be nice!
I hope these suggested tools become your useful online marketing tools in your bag for 2017. If you’d like to share your favorite tools for social media let us know by sharing them and their links in the comments area. Have a great, profitable 2017! – Jan
